CANCELLATION POLICY:
While we understand life happens and certain circumstances are unavoidable, we reserve your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
As a courtesy, we will send a text confirmation 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment and an additional text 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. One of our receptionists will also call to confirm your appointment.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 50% of the service will be charged for any no-shows or canceled appointments within 24 hours of that service. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
